Solomon Alvarez-Gibson believes in the ability for research in architecture to provide innovative solutions for the changing needs of human dwellings. Solomon has an interest in sustainable design and engineering and aims to create more efficient and enjoyable living spaces. He has experience in research and urban planning at Baltimore City Public Schools and in the management of archives at the Moorland Spingarn Research Center. Solomon is a rising fourth year student in the Master of Architecture program at Howard University, where he was awarded the Capstone Scholarship for academic merit. He intends to pursue postgraduate education in the future.
